Entry rights as per „Prováděcí pokyny k soutěžím MTBO v ČSOS 2015“. Above mentioned Entry Fees are applicable only for competitors who entered by 20th September 2015 @ 23:59:59. Late entries are subject to double fee and available capacity.
Competitors of the category Open-Long who entered by 20th September 2015 @ 23:59:59 are eligible to discounted entry fee of 200,- CZK/1 race, in case of entering after the above mentioned deadline and/or entering on the day of the race the entry fee will be 300,- CZK/1 race. Entry Fee for OPEN Short category is 100,- CZK/per one race regardless on time of entry.
Entry fees for competitors duly registered at Czech O-Federation – section MTBO, entered into Czech Championship categories W17, W20, W21E, M17, M20, M21E by 20th Sep. 2015 are being paid for by the Czech O-Federation.
All entry fees, incl. accommodation and preordered dinners to be transferred by 24th Sep. 2015 to the organizer’s bank account: 001003-1341726349/0800, variable symbol = 22xxxx03, where xxxx means unique club number as per CSOS club directory list. After this date only in cash in the Event Office, or by presenting a valid payslip. Foreign competitors are allowed to pay the entry fees in the Event Office.

Middle: 00=01:00PM, Long: 00= 10:00AM, Free Order: 00= 10:00AM, Interval start will be used in all three events.
Punching:
Electronic system – SportIdent, compatible also with SI chips of 8-11 series
SI chip rental 50,- CZK / 1 race. Competitors not registered within MTBO section of Czech O-Federation will be asked for 800,- CZK deposit, when borrowing a SI chip, a Fee of 800,- CZK will be charged for damaged and/or lost SI chips, SI chip cannot be used more than once in one competition.
Parking:
In the Event Centre – for those accommodated in Camping #1, for campervans and for those arriving on daily basis.
In Camping #2 – for those accommodated in Camping #2
Parking Fee of 50,- CZK per car per weekend / 100,- CZK per campervan per weekend will be collected. Please obey the instructions of organizers.
Terrain:
Moderately hilly with flatter parts in the South, with very dense network of roads, paths and single tracks of variable ride ability. Competition area has been doubled compare to previous MTBO map to 21km2 totally.
Map:
Special map for MTBO according to ISMTBOM 2010, Scale 1:15 000 for Long and Free Order and 1:10 000 for Middle, e=5m, surveyed in 08/2015,
Mapper: Petr Marecek (new area on the S a W) + previous MTBO map from 2008, classification and update carried out by MTBO competitors of KOS Tesla Brno
Organizers thank to OK Jihlava Orienteering Club for providing the original MTBO map.

Another catering possibility – Buffet/Restaurant both in Camping #1 and #2 serving from Friday evening till end of competitions on Sunday afternoon.

Till 31st July we have guaranteed full capacity of the Camping #2, reservation is still possible after this date, however we cannot anymore guarantee available capacity. Only whole cabins can be booked, please state number of persons, plus requirement for cabin with/without bathroom. To be paid together with entry fees and payments for ordered meals to organizer’s bank account (above). Foreign competitors are allowed to pay on arrival.
Accommodation in Campervans – in the Event Centre – for 50,- CZK/person/night to be paid in the Event Office
Accommodation in own tents – is possible both in the Event Centre (though capacity is limited) as well as in Camping#2 – price 70,- CZK/person/night to be paid together with entry fees and payments for ordered meals to organizer’s bank account (above). Foreign competitors are allowed to pay on arrival.
All types of accommodation will be available from Friday evening onwards.
Crèche:
Crèche will be available in the Event Venue. Please show your preliminary request to place your kids in crèche along with your entries.
Protests:
Protests to be presented to the Main Referee with the fee of 200,- CZK.
Rules:
All competitions are being ruled by Competition Rules and Directives of Czech O-Federation (MTBO section) valid in 2015.
Out-of -bounds:
Pursuant to the article 11, points 3 and 5 of Czech MTBO Competitions Rules, effective from the issue of the Bulletin 1, the competition area (bordered by the villages Zvule, Mosty, Kunzak, Kaproun, Roznov, Terezin and Valtinov) is strictly out-of-bound for any competitors.
Notice:
Riding off-road is strictly forbidden. Any violation will lead to immediate disqualification. Further details will be given in Bulletin 2. The competition area is frequently visited by walkers and cyclists, please be considerate and cautious especially when descending.
The technical condition of bikes of MW 14 and 17 will be checked by Organizers before start.
The minimum tires’ width must be 1,5“. Every competitor must wear his helmet properly fixed at all times during competition. Competitors without helmets will not be allowed to the start.
Please obey and respect the „10-point Rule of MTBO“– it will be published in the Bulletin 2 and displayed in the Event Venue.
